Disciplinary rules
- It is expected from each and every STUDENT that they maintain a very cordial relation with the teaching/nonteaching/housekeeping/transport staff of the school. Students are not expected to get into arguments with the staff.
- Withdrawal of transport facility for misbehaviour in the school bus. In such cases, parents will be responsible for their ward’s to commute to school.
- In case of complaints, they must approach the Head of School.
- Misbehaving in class with peers/teachers may result in disciplinary action.
- Disciplinary action may include Oral warning, counselling, written warning, and detention during the break, or for the whole day.
- Suspension (ranging from 7 days to 30 days)
- Students found in possession of i-pods, cameras, mobile phones will lead to heavy fine apart from suspension from school for a week.
- Students are not allowed to bring any weapons or sharp instruments, such as blades, knives, paper-scalpels, scissors etc., to school.
- Students are forbidden from bringing any cosmetics, combs, perfumes, deodorants, etc., to school.
LIST OF PROHIBITED ITEMS
Students are liable to face disciplinary action if any of the following items is found in their possession:
- Sharp objects like blades, scissors, knives, paper knives etc.
- Phones, I-pods, cameras, pen drives, any other electronic gadgets.
- Match boxes, lighters, fireworks, candles, incense sticks, any other item that may cause fire.
- Cosmetics, deodorants, perfumes, combs etc.
- Magazines/ books that are not age appropriate.
- Permanent markers, spray cans of paint etc.
- Chemicals/ items that may cause burns or injuries etc.
- Liquor, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, any kind of intoxicants/ harmful substances.
- Any object/ substance/ liquid etc which the school deems inappropriate.
